Your tasks

  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies – including product launch plans, sales enablement, and marketing campaigns.
  • You own the product marketing roadmap, effectively manage product launches and feature releases, while positioning the product competitively in the market.
  • You craft ICP profiles, messaging and product positioning to differentiate our solution from the competition.
  • You transform product features and capabilities into compelling narratives and create a wide array of product marketing content – such as case studies, sales decks, videos, and more.
  • You develop and continuously update product training and sales enablement materials to support the sales team and client facing units – ensuring product understanding and successful presentation to prospects and clients.
  • You represent the customer within smec, leverage customer insights, feedback, and conduct win/loss analyses to continuously refine product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

Your profile

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher education in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • You have at least 4 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS – profound knowledge in digital marketing or ecommerce is a plus.
  • You have proven expertise in designing and executing go-to-market strategies, including sales enablement and marketing campaigns.
  • You know how to translate technical product features into compelling customer value propositions for non-technical audiences – leveraging excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in German is considered a plus.
  • You have profound project management skills and feel comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and experience in working with cross-functional teams.
  • You are a highly organized person that pays attention to details, but also knows how to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • You like to contribute to successful teamwork with a high level of motivation, commitment and a “can-do” attitude.

For legal reasons, we refer to the collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 3,724 (14 x per year) for this position. The actual salary depends on your qualification and experience, a willingness to overpay is given.
