Product Manager (m|f|d)

Linz / Full-time

As a Product Manager, you shape the future of our SaaS solution. You work at the intersection of business, technology, and customer needs – collaborating closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders.

Your tasks

  • You ensure product value and viability by deeply understanding customers, market trends, competitors, and business constraints.
  • You align product goals with business strategy.
  • You spend time with customers to deeply understand their needs through interviews, usability tests, and data analysis.
  • You use data and customer insights to drive evidence-based product decisions.
  • You measure success through meaningful product metrics and high-quality releases.
  • You collaborate closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

Your profile

  • You have at least three years of working experience as Product Manager or Product Owner for a digital product (preferably SaaS) in an agile environment.
  • You hold a relevant degree (Business Informatics, Computer Science, Digital Business, or similar).
  • You are curious about the E-Commerce/MarTech space and ideally bring first-hand experience.
  • You thrive in a customer-centric, outcome-driven environment and are motivated to turn strategy into real-world impact.
  • You feel comfortable communicating with stakeholders from various teams and hierarchy levels – in both, German and English.

For legal reasons, we refer to the collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 3,843 (14 x per year) for this position. The actual salary depends on your qualification and experience, a willingness to overpay is given.
