Product Designer (m|f|d)

As a Product Designer, you create high-quality user interfaces and have an intuitive understanding of usability. You are an active member of our cross-functional team and work closely with product owners and developers to develop meaningful solutions from both user and business perspectives. In this role, you are responsible for the entire design process and the overall user experience.
Your tasks

You oversee the entire design process, from initial sketches to high-fidelity prototypes and final implementation.

You research and understand the needs, challenges, and goals of our users and translate these insights into intuitive, clear, and engaging user interfaces, wireframes, and mockups.

You work hand in hand with product owners and developers to ensure that all solutions are user-centered, technically feasible, and economically viable.

You design and define interactions, processes, and user flows that enable a clear and value-adding functionality of our product.

You ensure that the user experience aligns with product goals and overarching company objectives, creating real value for our customers.
Your profile

You are passionate about "Product Design" — regardless of your formal education.

You have at least 3 years of experience working as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.

You have worked with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or other common prototyping tools — Photoshop and Illustrator are not completely new to you.

You have basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript — basic knowledge of Angular is a plus.

You are enthusiastic about Paid Search & Ecommerce.

You stand out with your cooperative, solution-oriented mindset and enjoy taking responsibility within the team.

You are fluent in English and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders.

For legal reasons, we refer to the collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 3,843 (14 x per year) for this position. The actual salary depends on your qualification and experience, a willingness to overpay is given.
