As Digital Strategy Manager you establish strategic partnerships with retailers and ensure that they derive maximum value from our software solutions and services. You understand your clients’ roadmaps and push actively forward – in alignment with our client teams in order to reach our goals in the best possible way.
Your tasks
- You build deep product know-how, design solutions and deploy critical data for our products and services – and you deliver the right mix to exceed our clients’ expectations.
- You instruct and support our client team – in close alignment with the personal developer.
- You develop a roadmap together with clients and make sure we are reaching our goals.
- You establish trustful relations with big tier A clients.
- You have strong skills in presenting solutions and results – leading to high rates regarding client satisfaction.
- You challenge conclusions and suggest approaches that foster growth for our clients in the best possible way – your high standards are inspiring for everyone else.
- You work closely together with Product Development, Client Success Management and Sales in order to align resources across departments.
- You share success stories and insights – and you contribute actively to further developing our processes, services and products.
Your profile
- You successfully completed your Economics studies with majors in Digital Business, Ecommerce or similar.
- You have already gained 5+ years of experience in the field of online marketing.
- You are experienced in strategic consulting – digital marketing and/or B2B.
- You are highly interested in digital trends, ecommerce and PPC Advertising in particular.
- You have ideally also worked with Programmatic Advertising, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- You have the necessary leadership skills and enjoy supporting colleagues in their development.
- You are self-organized, goal-oriented and eager to take over responsibilities.
- You have an eye for numbers and a strategic, analytical mindset.
- You speak German and English very well.
