As Senior Online Marketing Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that your clients' performance campaigns run smoothly! Through targeted measures and competent strategic consulting, you succeed in effectively increasing the online presence of your clients and building long-term relationships with the largest online retailers in the e-commerce sector.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the conception, management and ongoing optimization of your clients' performance campaigns (primarily in the area of Google Search, Shopping & Display).
- You support your clients as a competent consultant – from the definition of goals, campaign design and budgeting to the successful implementation of all measures.
- You carry out ongoing performance reviews and always keep an eye on the KPIs and performance targets of your clients.
- You communicate account developments and performance results effectively and in a solution-oriented manner – thus achieving a high degree of long-term client satisfaction.
- You take responsibility for the strategic development and success of your clients.
- You organize workshops and act as a mentor and contact person for other online marketing managers.
Your profile
- You successfully completed your education (degree) in the field of digital business.
- You can demonstrate at least 5 years of professional experience in performance marketing as well as success in strategic customer consulting.
- You have extensive knowledge of e-commerce and are good with digital tools and key accounts.
- You show a high degree of client orientation and are extremely solution and result-oriented.
- You contribute a high affinity for new technologies and digital trends.
- You have a structured, goal-oriented way of working and enjoy taking on responsibility.
- You are enthusiastic about analytical tasks and can also think strategically.
- You communicate effectively – in German as well as in English.
- You are an absolute team player and enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience with your colleagues.

For legal reasons, we refer to the collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 3,455 (14 x per year) for this position. The actual salary depends on your qualification and experience, a willingness to overpay is given.
